Here are a few tips for optimizing your images to improve their performance on the page and in search. 1. FILE NAME Using keyword-rich words in your image filename is important for helping search engines determine relevancy. For example, the image was originally named “DSC01781.JPG” which doesn’t add much information about this web page. It has been renamed to “grasshopper.jpg”. Google suggests that you should place your images in one folder on your site, mydomain.com/images versus placing them in random folders throughout the site. Another suggestion from Google related to file names or URLs of images is to make sure you use common image filetypes such as JPEG, GIF, PNG, and BMP. You can name your image by using dashes to separate keywords in the file name, rather than underscores.  Remember not to put more than five phrases in your file name or else it will look spammy. 2. ALT TAG Alt tag help determine what your image is about. For example you use an image as bann

SEO TIPS: TITLE TAGS

The title of your Web page is the first piece of information that an Internet searcher will see about your site on a search engine's search results page. As a result, many people will decide whether or not to click to your site based on the title text. Title tags are also used for: 1. Indexing your site with almost all major search engines. 2. Describing your page when someone adds it to their Favorites or Bookmarks. 3. Provides the main hyperlink text that links to your site. For these reasons, make sure that your title tag is descriptive, unique, clear, concise and contains keywords that people use when they are searching for your site. Do not use "Home Page". This is neither descriptive nor unique. Also, use different titles for different pages. This will allow your results to be unique in the results page if multiple pages from your site are displayed together.

Benefits of Breast Milk and Breastfeeding

The first feed helps to stabilize baby's blood sugars and protect baby's gut. As you feed, the hormone oxytocin will help your uterus regain its tone after birth. This process also protects against excessive bleeding as you recover from childbirth. You may feel mild menstrual-like cramps while your uterus shrinks. During your baby's first 24 hours, your baby might wet his nappy only once or twice. This is because the colostrum you produce is highly digestible and perfect nutrition for your baby, so there's not much left to eliminate. The colostrum also provide natural immunity from infection. Constipation is very rare in breastfed babies. So other breastfed babies may pass several per day.  If you have premature babies and exclusively breastfeeding for at least a month these will help your baby to lower the risk factors for heart disease in later life and will protect your baby against food allergy at 3 years of age, and also against respiratory allergy at 17 years
