What is COVID-19?

According to WHO (World Health Organization), COVID-19 is the infectious disease caused by the most recently discovered coronavirus. This new virus and disease were unknown before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China in December 2019. The WHO declared  COVID-19 pandemic on March 11, 2020

How does COVID-19 Spread?

The virus can be transferred from small droplets of your saliva when the infected person coughs or even when the person sneezes.

How long it takes to confirm your infected?

Symptoms can take 2-14 days depends on the immune system of the infected person.

Common Symptoms

  1. Fever
  2. Tiredness
  3. Dry cough
  4. Loss of smell or taste
  5. Difficulty in breathing 
  6. Sore throat
  7. Runny nose
  8. Diarrhea 

How to prevent it?

  1. Wash hands often with an alcohol-based or wash them with soap and water.
  2. Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  3. Avoid contact with sick people. Maintain social distancing (at least 1 meter or 3 feet) 
  4. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces





If your sick
  1. Stay home while you are sick, isolate yourself
  2. Cover mouth or nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing
  3. Wear mask
Who are at Risk?

People with high risk are the one with respiratory problems or illness, senior citizens, or people with low immune system
