Tips on how to explain to your child why you have to work
What will you do when your son tells you that he wants you to be with him? He wants you to stop working just to be with him. This is the moment that every mother wants to cry. You feel weaken, disappointed, and best of all you feel that you don't give everything to him to feel he is loved.
Now a days mothers need to work, to help their partner in financial. It's a good idea to help your children make the connection between a job and money, which is something they don't immediately understand . Explaining that you need to earn money to pay their school or to have food on the table is a great opportunity to teach your child about how the world works and how to value money.
Talking to your child about your work will requires time, energy, patience and persistence. Just remember that give more time to your child rather than your work. If it is not necessary for your to take overtime just go home and have some fun with your child. Try to at least see him before going to bed or going to school. Try to attend to your kids activities such as PTA or school fair.
