Measles is an infectious viral disease causing fever and a red rash on the skin, typically occurring in childhood. Measles is cause by Rubeola Virus that can destroy respiratory tract that can spread all over your kids body system. Rubeola, is also called the 10-day measles or  red measles. According to Dr. Ruby Constantino ng DOH, there are almost 2 million Filipino kids that are high risk of having measles due to lack of immunization. Measles are airborne so it is easily transmitted to your child. Having your child regular vaccination will help them to catch this disease. Remember if there is also an outbreak, don't go to places that is crowded. Pneumonia

Pneumonia is the inflammation of the lung. It takes 1 to 3 days or as long as 7 to 10 days for symptoms to appear. How severe pneumonia is and how long it lasts depend on your age and health; Whether bacteria or a virus caused the pneumonia; How quickly you treat it.; or your immune systems. The symptoms of pneumonia is commonly after cold or other illness, baby seems suddenly worse with increase fever, productive cough, rapid breathing, blueness, wheezy, raspy or difficult breathing, and abdominal bloating and pain. The brain commands the body's temperature to rise, which in turn directs the white blood cells to attack and destroy invading viruses and bacteria. FIRST RESPONSE As a parent, what you should do about a fever depends largely on your child's age and the reading. If he's less than three months old, anything above 38ºC warrants a quick call to the doctor. Heart Attack
