Heart Attack
Every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. According of Dr. Virend Somers, a cardiologist from the Mayo Clinic, "most heart attacks occur in the day, generally between 6AM and noon". The majority of people, about 60%, who had a heart attack during their sleep, did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.
According to National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, "Sleep apnea is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths while you sleep. Breathing pauses can last from a few seconds to minutes. They often occur 5 to 30 times or more an hour. Typically, normal breathing then starts again, sometimes with a loud snort or choking sound."
Cold water solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion of food. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after meal.
