Food as medicine

Fish

Fish has omega oil that helps us to prevent headaches, arthritis, etc. Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent arthritis.
Ginger

Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea. It also helps to removes the inflammation and pain if you have headache.

Tea

Tea prevent stroke, it prevent building up of fatty deposits on artery walls. Tea also suppresses your appetite. Green tea is great for our immune system.

Honey

Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative to make you sleep.

Onions

Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. It is good for people who have asthma as the help you breathe better.

Cranberry Juice

Drink cranberry juice if you have bladder infection. The high-acid of cranberry juice controls the harmful bacteria.

Apples

Top awards for Vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high Vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene, this is good for your eyes, good for gas and indigestion.

Tomatoes are very good as a preventative measure for men, keeps those prostrate problems from invading their bodies.
