Steps to Confidence

People are always holding back from excelling at school or work. They believe that they are not capable of achieving more than what they can do. This is usually a sign of limitations in once ability. People can't figure out what are their real potential in life.

Here are the steps to build your confidence.
  1. "I can't do it". People always tell their self that they can't do anything. But after doing the task they realize that they have the potential of achieving more. So I suggest remove this belief that you can't do anything. This belief always stops you from doing something.
  2.  Believe that all persons are doing their best. So you better do your best as well
  3.  Treasure each other's uniqueness. Because of this uniqueness you can determine that the failure of others is not the same failure you had.
  4.  Be open to suggestions and feedback. With this suggestion you can have an idea to create your potential in better goodness of your life.
  5.  Believe that others want to achieve. If others wants to achieve something you can also put it on your mind what are the things you want to achieve for yourself.
  6.  Expect general goodwill in others
  7. Negative versus Positive. You can write down all the negative thoughts that stops you from achieving something, then on the other side you can write down the positive thing that will happen to you. For example, Negative: "Giving presentations scares me so I pass on opportunities to do these. " Positive: "I give presentations that lead to increased sales."
